While grabbing an iced coffee before escaping the City last weekend, I spotted this fine example of Man with Bag. Unfortunately, I couldn't determine the brand.

Levis Bag I Once Owned

Found this bag at a thrift store in Beacon, NY. It might be the actual bag I had since l donated to some charity ages ago. I thought about repurchasing but didn't.

The Retro Arcade Museum (Beacon, New York) is just a train ride outside of New York City . Not surprisingly, it was not open when I stopped by before Noon on Saturday.

Miu Miu Beach Bag

It's a nice bag but I don't traveling in those circles where it is fine to spend $700 for a Miu Miu Beach Bag.

However, it does give me the idea of making a removable drawstring pouch to make my plastic flea market bag more practical.

I broke up with Verizon and took up with AT&T. Yup, all for love of an iPhone. And guess what? I get better service in my apartment, at the yoga studio and a bunch of other places. Who would have known.

Can you believe I bought something from WalMart?

I have been looking for a new pair of summer shoes. I didn't want another pair of Havaianas. I didn't want another pair of CROCS sandals. And the patent leather Birkenstock just didn't look cute enough to justify spending $80.

Today, I explored the Norma Kamali for WalMart collection and discovered these Thong Sandals for only $6.00. I purchased two pairs and should have by Friday or Saturday. I hope they are as cute as the photo. I will let you know.
